Qualified researchers, 21+, working in academic, private, commercial R&D, or CRO contexts. All buyers attest at account creation and re-attest at checkout.
Are these products approved for human or veterinary use?
No. All products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research. Not approved by the FDA for any human or veterinary application.
How do I access Certificates of Analysis?
CoAs are request-gated. Log into your attested account and submit a request from /lab-results — typically returned within 24 hours.
What is the bundle discount?
2 units = 5% off. 3 or more units = 9% off. Calculated automatically at cart.
Do I need bacteriostatic water?
Most lyophilized peptides require reconstitution. BAC Water is recommended (not required) in your cart and ships from the same facility.
Where do you ship from?
Arizona, USA. Cold-chain handling on all peptide orders. Domestic only at launch.
What is your returns policy?
Research compounds are not eligible for return once shipped. Damaged-in-transit packages are replaced at no charge.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Not yet at launch — coming in a future release.
